Barry Callebaut Renovation - Hardricourt

Barry Callebaut, on its Hardricourt site, aimed to completely renovate its administrative headquarters.

We proposed a full renovation project for the various existing office floors.

This construction, retaining only the walls and slabs, is now adapted to the company’s new uses and meets the most advanced thermal requirements. The initial structure was connected by a new central volume designed to welcome visitors. The contrast in façade materials—partly dark with an anthracite curtain wall and partly light with cladding and white joinery—defines the use of interior spaces, distinguishing visitor and client reception areas from those for employees and laboratories.
