Pierre Corneille Offices - Strasbourg

Located in the southern part of the Hautepierre district in Strasbourg, this project of two office and ERP buildings is being developed on a plot bordering the M351. At the junction of an urban activity area and a residential sector, this complex, which adds programmatic diversity, aims to achieve a BREEAM Very Good certification level. The R+4 volumetry of this architecture allows for a discreet integration while maintaining a certain level of visibility. The façade design and the work on parking (ground floor of the building, underground, and outdoor) will enable a potential radical shift in programming, such as transitioning to housing, should the needs of this urban fabric evolve. The outdoor spaces, designed in collaboration with a landscape architect, provide breathing room and a “campus” spirit to these buildings with their clean lines.
