Maison Bounty Guebwiller - Guebwiller

This project’s aim was to establish Maison Bounty type B houses on a steep slope land in Guebwiller.

The entire project includes 6 independent housing:

• 3 Maison Bounty B houses
• 2 Studios
• And the existing house

As the Bounty houses must be located above ground, the slope constraint here generates a set of offset, allowing each house to have a rooftop terrace on the house below.

The stone base choice reinterprets the plot’s history. Now used for wine-growing purposes, it has sandstone retaining walls.
