Les terrasses Marsault - Gambsheim

The “LES TERRASSES MARSAULT” project is located in the southern part of the new Gambsheim’s subdivision, along the cycle path.

The program offers spacious south-facing balconies and terraces without building opposite, with a view of the fields.

Through its design, the building is part of a sustainable development approach, combined with BBC.

Also a forerunner in the field of accessibility for people with reduced mobility, this project is the first HABIT’ACCESS labeled construction in the Bas-Rhin, demonstrating the contracting authority commitment in this area, based on project management experience.
