The “1204” is a programme of 3 buildings with 37 BBC housing units located in the Ried au Verger housing estate in Gambsheim.

They benefit from a wide south-facing exposure with large terraces and a cross access between 2 streets of the housing estate. Set amidst detached houses and other small collectives, this development also benefits from a privileged site with an advantageous orientation and a small public park to the west.

While responding to a significant demand for housing in the commune of Gambsheim (new housing estate), the project is composed of a large number of small collectives (ground floor+1+attic), which are integrated into the urban fabric of a sparsely populated rural commune. In addition to its BBC performance, this building also has the Habit’Access label.
