Duval / Adim Est - Strasbourg

The project consists of the creation of a mixed operation (Low Consumption Tertiary Building) developing on 3 buildings organised around a courtyard.

At the heart of the urban renewal of Strasbourg’s Hautepierre district, this low-energy building (RT2012) meets a need for shops, services and offices.

Through its architecture, the project complements a rapidly changing urban fabric.
BREEAM certification is also one of the objectives of the project.
