EPS Vineuil - Vineuil / Blois

The project involves the construction of an office building for EPS in the municipality of Vineuil (41), located on the outskirts of Blois.

The building will rise to R+2 with a green roof free of any technical equipment. The U-shaped design of the building creates a landscaped courtyard at its center, featuring a wooden terrace for employees to enjoy.

The remainder of the plot will be a parking area, covered by solar-panel-equipped canopies. All roads and parking spaces have been designed to ensure the complete infiltration of rainwater on-site.

Special attention has been given to the aesthetics of the façades, with a detailed layout of the metal cassettes that form the cladding.

The building meets the BREEAM International certification at the “Good” level and has been designed with respect for its environment.
